Rubloff Development Group is actively seeking New Development and Redevelopment opportunities. Submittals should be in stable markets with a minimum of 100,000 people within the trade area. Existing centers should have value added opportunities with potential for redevelopment and/or expansion. Vacant land should be well positioned and viable for retail development. Acquisitions are typically in the $5-$25 million range.
